Our Story: a family practice since 1968
Fakhry Law Firm in Beirut, Lebanon was founded in 1968 by the late Edmond Fakhry. Today the Law practice continues under the leadership and management of his son Rabih Fakhry.
From its Beirut origins the firm has grown to three offices, in Beirut, Dubai and Riyadh, and acts for clients within the region and internationally

Rabih Fakhry leads the firm founded in Beirut by his father, Edmond Fakhry, in 1968. He read law at Université Saint-Joseph in Beirut, was admitted to the Beirut Bar in 1998 and became senior managing partner of the family practice, acting for Lebanese and international businesses in commercial litigation, arbitration and contract work, including FIDIC construction contracts and shareholder agreements.
From 2005 he also advised companies establishing in Qatar on structuring, mergers and acquisitions, employment and intellectual property. In Dubai, 2016 he worked in partnership as a Litigator and Legal Consultant while heading up the intellectual property department , handling court cases on the enforcement of arbitration awards, agency and distribution agreements and shareholder disputes.
Since 2021 he has led the firm’s UAE practice, advising clients in the UAE and Saudi Arabia and on cross-border matters. He works in Arabic, English and French.
